Drop your banner on the shared map. Everyone sees it live.
How it works: your village generates wood, clay and iron on its own.
Spend them upgrading buildings and training troops, then click another lord's banner
on the map to raid them for loot or send support to defend them. Everything keeps
running while you're away — queue a few upgrades and come back later to see progress.

How to Play (click to expand)
The loop: resources generate automatically → spend them on Buildings, Barracks, and Stable → use the map to Attack, Support, Scout, or gift resources to allies → queue things up and come back later.
Buildings
Headquarters — speeds up all other building upgrades
Timber Camp / Clay Pit / Iron Mine — boost that resource's production rate
Warehouse — raises how much of each resource you can store (numbers turn red when you're nearly full and wasting production)
Farm — raises your population cap (how many troops you can have)
Barracks — speeds up training of Spearmen, Swordsmen, and Militia
Stable — speeds up Scout training
Wall — boosts your defense when raided
Troops
Spearman — cheap, balanced, decent at everything
Swordsman — expensive, strongest attack, best for raiding
Militia — cheap, fast, strong defense, but can't carry loot — a pure home guard
Scout — no attack, no defense, no carry. Purely for reconnaissance — see "Scouting" below
Raiding & Support
Attacking sends troops on a real trip — travel time depends on distance
Losses are proportional on both sides — a near-even fight hurts everyone, not just the loser
Support stations troops at another village to help defend it — recall any time, or Recall All if you're supporting several
Set an alliance tag in the Account panel — same-tag villages show up blue on the map and get a friendly-fire warning before you attack them
Same-tag villages can also send each other resources directly from the raid panel
Every raid produces a full Battle Report — click one to expand the breakdown of troops, losses, and loot
Scouting
Send scouts to a village from its raid panel — if you send more than they currently have stationed at home, their exact resources and every building's level get revealed to you
The reveal goes to your own event log only — it's never shown anywhere public, and the target is never told they were scouted
Scouts never fight and always return home safely, whether the mission succeeds or fails
The world
The realm is a 20×20 world — your map shows an 8×8 window into it, use the arrows or Recenter to look around
The World Overview mini-map below it shows every village at a glance — click a dot to jump there
Nearby Villages lists your closest neighbors; Watchlist lets you pin anyone regardless of distance — both jump straight to their raid panel
Staying informed
Realm Activity shows raids and support happening across the whole world, not just your own
The header shows how many lords are online right now
An incoming attack (not support, not a gift) flashes the browser tab and plays a sound once — mute it in the header if you'd rather not hear it
